One notable feature of the program is that participants are provided with a defined refund window before the commencement of the batch, allowing them to reassess the suitability of the program based on their career goals and professional aspirations. The refund policy is as follows:

1. Registration/Application Fee: The registration/application fee serves as a seat reservation fee and is strictly non-refundable under all circumstances. However, if admission is confirmed within 5 days of payment, the registration fee will be adjusted against the total program fee. If admission is not confirmed within this 5-day period, the reserved seat will be released, and the registration fee will be forfeited.
2. Refund Before the Cut-off Date: Participants may request to withdraw from the program and seek a refund up to the specified cut-off date, which is at least 14 days prior to the batch inauguration. Approved refund requests submitted within this period will be processed after deducting a processing fee of INR 5,000. All applicable taxes paid at the time of enrollment are non-refundable.
3. Refund Requests After the Cut-off Date: Refund requests submitted after the cut-off date but before the official commencement of the program may be considered on a case-by-case basis. If approved, a deduction of 40% of the academic fee will apply. Applicable taxes paid at the time of enrollment will remain non-refundable.
4. No Refund After Program Commencement: Once the program has commenced, no refund requests will be entertained or processed, irrespective of the reason for withdrawal.
5. Exceptional Circumstances: In the event that the institute cancels the program or postpones the commencement of the program by more than one month from the originally scheduled start date, participants may request a full refund, including all applicable taxes paid.
6. Refund Processing Timeline: All approved refund requests will be processed within 14 business days from the official date of approval.

It is the sole responsibility of the participant enrolling in the program to carefully review the program details and evaluate its suitability before completing the enrollment process.
