General Position on Refunds – As a general rule, the Course Fee paid is non-refundable. Any refund request will be considered jointly on a case-by-case basis, and the decision arrived at shall be final and binding on the student.
Cut-off Date for Refund Requests – Students may submit a refund request up to the cut-off date specified for the programme, which shall be at least 14 days prior to batch inauguration. Requests received within this window, if approved, will be processed after deduction of a refund processing fee of INR 5,000. Applicable taxes paid at the time of enrolment are non-refundable.
Refund Requests After Cut-off but Before Commencement – Requests received after the cut-off date but before commencement of the programme may be considered on a case-by-case basis. If approved, a deduction of 40% of the academic fee will apply, in addition to the refund processing fee. Applicable taxes remain non-refundable.
No Refunds Post-Commencement – No refund requests will be entertained once the programme has commenced, except in the specific non-refundable/exception scenarios outlined in Clauses 6 and 7 below.

Basis for Approved Refunds – Where a refund is approved on a case-by-case basis, the amount will be calculated based on the percentage of total programme hours not attended by the student, along with any deductions specified in Clauses 2 and 3, and any other mechanism mutually agreed upon. Such refunds may require recovery from fees already remitted to the Institute, and applicable taxes will be adjusted accordingly.
