Basic Requirements

To ensure the best course experience, students should use a latest processor (i3/i5/i7) with a clock speed of 2.0GHz and have a minimum of 4GB RAM, though 8GB is recommended (applicable for technical courses). The students should ensure they have a high-speed uninterrupted internet connection to attend live sessions and access course resources without any hassle.

Class Timings & Schedule

  1. Sessions will be conducted according to the schedule provided in advance to all participants before the commencement of each module. While the institution's sincere intention is to complete the entire course within the specified timeframe, unforeseen circumstances beyond its control may necessitate adjustments to the course schedule.
  2. Although IIMK endeavors to complete the entire course within the stipulated time frame, unforeseen circumstances may lead to course extensions. Such circumstances, which include but are not limited to the overall pace of learning, session extensions for the benefit of students, instructor-related issues, and similar operational challenges, may require sessions to be prolonged. However, in the event of such extensions, IIMK will not impose additional charges on students for extra instructor hours, LMS portal access charges, or support fees.

Tools

Open-source tools will be utilized for teaching course topics. Premium tools will only be used if a trial version is available. Students can practice with the tool using the trial version, and neither Accredian nor IIMK will provide a subscription for the tool.

LMS Access: Duration and Limitations

  1. The Learning Management System (LMS) serves as a comprehensive platform where students can access all program content and study materials.
  2. It is designed to facilitate an engaging and interactive learning experience, enhancing understanding through various features.
  3. Students will have access to the LMS and its content for up to 3 months post course completion.
  4. This extended access enables students to review and revise materials at their convenience, reinforcing learning and aiding in mastering the subject matter.

Please note that lifetime access is not provided.

Query resolution

  1. The daily operating hours for query resolution are from 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM, Monday through Saturday, with a turnaround time of 24-operating hours. While Accredian endeavors to resolve queries within the stipulated 24-hour window, occasional delays may occur due to high traffic.
  2. Please note that Tuesdays are designated as the academic team's weekly day off, during which operations are suspended.

Fee Payment Schedule

  1. If a student opts for the installment payment option (up to a maximum of 2-3 EMIs) when registering for any program, they are expected to make the installments in consecutive months starting from the first installment date.
  2. In exceptional circumstances, students will be granted a grace period of 15 days to settle the fee. Failure to make the payment beyond 15 days will result in a late payment fee of Rs 1,000 per week.
  3. The institute reserves the right to revoke a student’s access to the dashboard, along with any associated services and privileges, in the event of non-payment or delayed payment of the full program fee. Continued access is contingent upon timely and complete fee settlement as per the agreed payment schedule.

Student Loan Facility

  1. In the event of any issues arising with loan/credit facilities availed by students from third-party providers such as EarlySalary, Eduvanz, Propelld, Avanse, etc., it is expected that the third-party loan provider and the student directly engage with each other to resolve any disputes. Neither Accredian nor IIMK should be held accountable for any issues that may arise with the loan partner.
  2. The EMI plan agreed upon with the third-party loan provider will continue as per the terms discussed during the enrollment period with the third-party loan provider.

Faculty Allocation

  1. All faculty members are highly experienced in their respective industries and have mastered their domains. Different faculties are assigned for different terms/modules, and the details will be communicated to students prior to the start of every module.
  2. IIMK and Accredian hold the authority to change and assign the faculty members according to organizational needs, faculty availability, and program enhancements.
  3. To protect intellectual property rights, course materials developed and shared by the faculty are not available for direct download. Students will still have access to these essential resources via the designated Learning Management System (LMS).

Issuance of Certificate

Certificates from IIMK will be issued only in the name of the student who has enrolled in the program. They will not be issued to anyone else under any circumstances. The decision regarding the issuance of physical certificates rests solely with the institute, and Accredian does not have a role in this process.
